Very kind and helpful staff. Conveniently located near metro and bus stations with markets nearby. Free parking available.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was perfect. The hotel facilities were great, including the option to park in a secure area. Transportation was very convenient, with excellent tram connections to the train station, Porta Nuova, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast offered a nice selection, including vegan options like soy milk and muesli. The staff were friendly and always attentive to our needs. Special mention to their espresso machine, as they made really good coffee for us.

They offered ready-made meals for room service at a good price and had a parking lot. The tram stop was only two minutes away and there were good connections to downtown. The staff was extremely nice, efficient, and earned my "excellent" rating. a great stay!
