The hotel offered good access to the city with the tram, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant experience.
The wifi coverage could be better, as the routers seemed to struggle to provide a strong signal throughout the hotel. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider changing or adding new routers to improve the wifi experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh juice, coffee, croissants, eggs, bacon. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to transportation, including a nearby tram stop that allowed us to reach the city center in about 20 minutes. we were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the friendly and helpful staff.

Very kind and helpful staff. Conveniently located near metro and bus stations with markets nearby. Free parking available.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was perfect. The hotel facilities were great, including the option to park in a secure area. Transportation was very convenient, with excellent tram connections to the train station, Porta Nuova, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast offered a nice selection, including vegan options like soy milk and muesli. The staff were friendly and always attentive to our needs. Special mention to their espresso machine, as they made really good coffee for us.

I recently stayed at this low-cost hotel for a few nights. The staff was kind and attentive, and the hotel felt safe and respectable. While breakfast was simple, the staff made delicious coffee using their espresso machine. The hotel was spotless and had air conditioning. They offered ready-made meals for room service at a good price and had a parking lot. The tram stop was only two minutes away and there were good connections to downtown. The staff was extremely nice, efficient, and earned my "excellent" rating. a great stay!
